M\u00c9XICO, DF, 21 de julio de 2015.- l aguacate, reques\u00f3n, pl\u00e1tano, huevo, salm\u00f3n, t\u00e9 y verduras de hojas verdes son algunos de los alimentos que contribuyen a tener una buena salud mental, afirm\u00f3 la nutri\u00f3loga Sigrid Pimentel Mart\u00edn a Azteca Noticias.<\/p>\n

La experta en nutrici\u00f3n detall\u00f3 que la lista se compone de alimentos que tienen una o dos caracter\u00edsticas en com\u00fan: tienen suficientes nutrientes y fibra para saciar el apetito y, por otro lado, indic\u00f3, son ricos en \u00e1cidos grasos, los cuales favorecen las conexiones en el cerebro.<\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que el cerebro, as\u00ed como todos los m\u00fasculos del cuerpo reacciona a la comida que se ingiere, y por eso, seg\u00fan los alimentos que se elijan, rendir\u00e1n de diferentes maneras.<\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3 que la concentraci\u00f3n es una de las capacidades cognitivas que m\u00e1s beneficios trae a nuestra vida diaria, pero al mismo tiempo no es muy f\u00e1cil conseguirla.<\/p>\n

\u201cPor esa raz\u00f3n es posible hablar de alimentos que potencian la concentraci\u00f3n, en buena medida porque su consumo permite mantener a nuestro cuerpo en el equilibrio necesario para que la mente pueda enfocarse en lo que queremos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n
